The last bit is more interesting–M1 is apparently trying to imply that there may have been collusion between Affliction and the UFC in advance of the ‘Trilogy’ cancellation. There have been by all accounts discussions between the UFC and Affliction, but from the sound of it they may be looking to drag the UFC into the legal maelstrom.
